The markets of Lyon... Canada is jealous
The sheer variety of cheese, meat, mushrooms, olives, fruit and seafood is astounding.. all outside, in November. In a cool little market square, city planners take note, this is a very desirable situation.

Ballsie, yes, but I am going to rate each country as I go along, out of 5. 1 Shite food - had to cack it up 2 Sustenance - Might trade for a nutrient pill if I was in a hurry 3 Tasty but forgetable 4 On the road to greatness - roughly amazing food 5 Holy Food - Would die for a bite, literaly
I am obsessed with food and wine. 'Swallow Tail' explores the hidden treasures of BC wild foods & wine. Catch me stumbling through the BC undergrowth in search of wild ingredients to serve at my underground supper club. Or taking people on trips to little known boutique wineries and secreted, mushroom gathering spots. All in a days...
